1. The Promoter

2. The Competition

2.1 These terms apply to all competitions listed on our website at https://theluxuryclubcompetitions.co.uk(the “Website”).

2.2 All competitions are skill-based and require a correct answer to be entered into the prize draw. Entry fees apply per entry unless otherwise stated. A free postal entry option is available.

2.3 Entrants must answer the provided question correctly in order to qualify for the random draw.

3. How to Enter

3.1 Each competition will have clearly stated opening and closing dates on the Website. All times are based on UK local time.

3.2 We may change the Opening or Closing Dates if necessary due to unavoidable circumstances but not for the purpose of increasing sales.

3.3 Entries received after the Closing Date will not be included and will not be refunded.

3.4 Entry limits per user and competition will be displayed on the Website.

3.5 Entrants may enter multiple times unless otherwise restricted. Free postal entries must be submitted individually and not in bulk.

3.6 To enter online:

(a) Visit the Website and view the question.
(b) Select your answer and number of entries.
(c) Complete the checkout.
(d) Submit payment to confirm your entry.

3.7 Entries must be in English.

3.8 You will receive an email confirmation after completing your entry.

3.9 We are not responsible for failed or delayed entries due to technical issues.

3.10 By entering, you agree to these terms and form a contract with the Promoter.

3.11 Postal Free Entry:
To enter without payment, send a postcard with your name, address, contact details, account email, the competition name, and your answer to the question. Each entry must be submitted separately. Free entries will only be processed if the sender has an active account on our website. Bulk entries or hand-delivered submissions will not be accepted.

4. Choosing a Winner

4.1 All correct entries are entered into a random draw within 7 days of the Closing Date.

4.2 A list of entrant names and ticket numbers may be published during the live draw. If you wish to opt out of name disclosure, please contact us via our contact page at least 48 hours before the draw.

5. Eligibility

5.1 Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18+. Employees or close associates of the Promoter are not eligible.

5.2 We may ask for proof of eligibility. Failure to provide it may result in disqualification.

5.3 We will disqualify entries that are:

(a) Generated by bots.
(b) Incomplete or illegible.

5.4 We reserve the right to disqualify participants acting contrary to fair competition, including fraud or abuse.

6. The Prize

6.1 Prize details are listed on each product page.

6.2 If the original prize is unavailable, we may substitute it for a prize of equal or greater value.

6.3 We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or condition of any prize.

6.4 Where the prize is a vehicle or high-value item, insurance, tax, and registration are the winner’s responsibility.

6.5 We may offer a cash alternative if a prize becomes unavailable.

7. Winner Notification

7.1 Our decision is final.

7.2 The winner’s first name and general location may be announced. You may opt out via our contact page.

7.3 We will contact the winner via the details provided. If no response is received within 21 days, we will redraw a new winner.

7.4 The prize must be accepted by the winner. It is not transferable.

8. Claiming the Prize

8.1 Winners must claim the prize themselves. ID may be required.

8.2 If your contact details change, let us know using our contact page.

8.3 Cash prizes will be paid by bank transfer to an account registered to the winner. Proof of account ownership may be required.

9. Liability

We are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage caused by the use of a prize except in cases of negligence.
